What's the difference between the Calm Systems Audit and the Operations Reset?

The audit is a deep-dive diagnostic. I assess how your business runs and hand you a prioritised action plan to implement yourself. The Operations Reset includes that discovery phase plus I build everything with you. If you want the clarity, go with the audit. If you want the clarity and the execution, go with the Reset.

Do I need to start with the audit before doing the Operations Reset?

No. The Reset naturally starts with a discovery phase as part of the engagement. If you already know you want someone to build with you, you can skip straight there. We'll figure out the right starting point on the strategy call.

How involved do I need to be?

The audit needs a few hours of your time or a team member's time for the deep-dive interview and review. The Operations Reset is done with you, so you'll be involved in decisions and sign-offs. The retainer flexes around your availability. You'll never be left out of the loop, but you won't be doing the heavy lifting either.

What tools do you work with?

Whatever fits your business best. I'm platform-agnostic. That said, I work most often with ClickUp, ActiveCampaign, n8n, Google Workspace, and various AI tools. If something needs changing, I'll explain why before we touch anything.

Can you work with my existing team or VA?

Absolutely. I can work alongside your team, train them on new systems, and build documentation so they can maintain everything independently.

What happens after the Operations Reset is finished?

You'll have documented systems, working automations, and the knowledge to run them yourself. If you want ongoing support after that, the retainer is there. But you won't be locked into it. The goal is always independence, not dependence.
